1. Purpose
Hischool is an education network designed for learning, collaboration, and growth.
These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed and not allowed on Hischool.
They apply to all users, schools, and content on the platform.
By using Hischool, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our:

- Support learning and constructive discussion
- Share knowledge and ideas
- Respect privacy and personal boundaries
- Use Hischool for educational and community purposes
- Help keep the platform safe by reporting issues
3. Prohibited Content & Behavior
To protect users and schools, the following are not allowed on Hischool:
🚫 Spam & Abuse
High-priority enforcement
- Repetitive or unsolicited messages
- Mass advertising
- Irrelevant promotions
- Automated or bot-generated content
- Misleading links or scams
🚫 Sexual Content (Zero tolerance)
- Pornographic content
- Sexualized content involving minors (immediate ban)
- Sexual harassment or requests
- Sexualized avatars, usernames, or media
- Explicit sexual language or media
🚫 Harassment & Hate
- Bullying, intimidation, or threats
- Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or identity
- Targeted harassment campaigns
- Encouraging self-harm or violence
🚫 Illegal or Harmful Content
- Fraud, impersonation, or scams
- Malware or phishing links
- Copyright violations
- Sharing private or confidential information
- Violent or extremist content
4. Messaging & Private Spaces
Hischool provides:
- Direct Messages (DMs)
- Group Messages (GMs)
Private messages are not exempt from these rules.
If a private conversation is reported:
- Moderators may review the reported content
- Action may be taken if guidelines are violated
- Repeated abuse may result in account restrictions or termination
This aligns with our Terms of Service – Content & Enforcement.
5. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report:
- Contents (Messages, Media)
- Schools
- Users
When a report is submitted:
- It is reviewed by moderators
- Content may be removed
- Users may receive warnings or restrictions
- Accounts or schools may be suspended or terminated
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts at our discretion, as described in the Terms of Service.
6. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity, Hischool may take:
- Warning
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban
- School removal
- Account termination
Severe violations (especially sexual content involving minors, spam networks, or illegal activity) may result in immediate permanent removal.
7. School-Specific Rules
Schools on Hischool may define their own additional rules.
However:
- School rules cannot override Hischool’s global rules
- Hischool guidelines always apply
- School admins are responsible for moderation inside their schools
8. Children & Minors
Hischool does not currently implement a parent consent system.
Users must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their country: https://help.hischool.world/safety/minimum-age-guidelines
If you believe a minor has shared personal data or is being harmed, please report immediately.
This policy aligns with our Privacy Policy – Children & Minors.
9. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on Hischool.
We do not pre-review content, but we actively moderate reported or detected violations.
10. Relationship to Terms & Privacy
These Community Guidelines are part of the legal agreement between you and Hischool Inc.
Violations may result in enforcement actions described in:

- Privacy Policy
11. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as Hischool grows.
When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform or by email.
